Unleash your power and find your balance in this high-energy, full-body workout! Fusion Fit combines the cardio intensity of kickboxing, the muscle-toning benefits of strength training, and the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga—all packed into one dynamic 20-minute class. Expect to punch, lift, and stretch your way to a stronger, more centered you. All levels welcome—modifications provided. Dry Fire drills included when requested.30 minutes = $55.00
