My massage work goes beyond relaxation — each session is designed to restore balance, improve mobility, and support long-term function of muscles, fascia, and joints. I specialize in helping active bodies recover from training, prevent injury, and move with greater efficiency.
Your session may include:
Advanced Stretching Techniques – PNF, Thai yoga, and standard assisted stretches to increase flexibility and range of motion.
Specialized Soft Tissue Therapies – trigger point release, myofascial release, gua sha, and myoskeletal alignment techniques to reduce pain, correct posture, and improve body mechanics.
Dynamic & Static Cupping – to release fascia restrictions, promote circulation, and accelerate recovery.
Ashiatsu (Barefoot Massage) – deep, broad pressure for effective tissue release without discomfort.
Reflexology, Acupressure & Meridian Work – supporting overall balance and energy flow throughout the body.
Kinesio Taping (as needed) – to stabilize joints, support healing tissues, and extend the benefits of your session.
Custom Herbal Liniments – handcrafted by me, formulated through extensive research to enhance recovery, reduce soreness, and support tissue health.
💡 Beyond the table: Thanks to my background as a certified fitness trainer, I provide each client with simple, practical “homework” to extend results. This may include corrective movements, stretching routines, water or nutrition adjustments, and lifestyle suggestions such as dry brushing or Epsom salt baths. These small shifts encourage the body to continue healing and functioning at its best between sessions.
Each treatment is customized to your body’s needs in the moment, blending techniques to target pain, restore alignment, and optimize performance.
